Damage and Warranty
We do not offer refunds for any reason other than products damaged upon arrival.
However, if you receive a defective product, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. Please take a video or photo with as much detail as possible and send an email to [email protected] . Then we’ll try to fix the problem.
Therefore, you must check it before using it.
If the item is damaged due to misuse, you will not be able to get any return or exchange. You must take care and maintain the item to avoid any damage to the product.
We appreciate any feedback as it helps us communicate with the manufacturer to avoid these issues in the future.
Cancel the order
a). Start processing orders within 12 hours of receiving your payment. So please make sure your order is correct before hitting the submit button.
b). Also, cancellation will incur a 5% transaction fee (Paypal or your bank fee, we do not charge any cancellation fee.)
c). Cancellations within 12-24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Please understand that the order cannot be cancelled if we have already shipped it.
d). You must promptly notify us of any cancellation request by email or telephone.
Please take care to provide your shipping information. You provide exactly how your shipping labels are printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a 50% processing fee and will not be refunded.
